Traditionally enjoyed as a soothing herbal infusion, elderflower produces a pale golden brew with soft, sweet notes and a refreshing finish. It pairs beautifully with lemon, ginger or mint, and can also be used to create cordials, syrups and botanical blends.

Simply steep in hot water for 5–10 minutes, strain and enjoy.
