Description: Australian-made sourdough macaroni from a blend of certified-sustainable stoneground whole-khorasan (an ancient grain) and durum wheat, sourdough-cultured and long-fermented then slow-dried for improved digestibility and nutrient availability. 100% Australian made, certified sustainable and non-GMO. How to use: Cook in plenty of boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes or until desired texture, then drain and toss with your favourite sauce.
