Description: Australian-made sourdough penne, traditionally stoneground from certified-sustainable durum and whole wheat, mixed with a sourdough culture and long-fermented then slow-dried for better digestibility and nutrition.

How to use: Cook in plenty of boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes or until desired texture, then drain and toss with your favourite sauce.
