Our Organic Khorasan Flour is milled from certified organic Khorasan wheat, an ancient grain valued for its rich flavour and nutritional profile. With its distinctive golden colour and naturally sweet, buttery taste, this flour brings depth and character to traditional baking.

Stone-milled to retain the integrity of the grain, Khorasan flour produces soft, elastic doughs that work beautifully in sourdough, artisan breads, pizza bases and pasta. It also adds a wholesome texture to cakes and biscuits when blended with other flours.
