Our Organic Coconut Flour is made from finely milled, certified organic coconut flesh that has been gently dried and pressed to remove excess oil. The result is a soft, naturally sweet flour with a light coconut flavour and exceptional absorbency.

Naturally gluten free and high in fibre, coconut flour is a smart alternative to traditional grain-based flours.
