Aussie CERTIFIED ORGANIC OATS

Wheat, Rye & Barley Free

  • Pure Australian Quality: Direct from the lush fields of Western Australia, GF Oats are a product of the dedication and hard work of local farmers.
  • Certification of Trust: Tested, certified, and guaranteed for your peace of mind. While we can’t label them ‘gluten-free’ due to local regulations, we ensure they’re free from gluten contamination from wheat, rye, and barley.
  • Global Purity Standard: We are proud to be the sole brand adhering to the Global Oats Purity Protocol, bringing you uncontaminated oats free from common allergens.
  • Eco-Friendly & Healthy: Enjoy the natural goodness of oats that are safely sun-dried, chemical-free, and non-GMO. Our commitment to environmental and health-conscious farming means our oats are produced with minimal impact on the earth and are processed in allergen-free facilities.
  • Versatile Goodness: Whether it’s a hearty bowl of porridge, a refreshing smoothie, indulgent overnight oats, or wholesome baked goods, our Certified Organic Oats are the perfect base for your culinary creations.

Indulge in the natural and nutritious delight of Aussie Certified Organic Oats, knowing you’re supporting sustainable farming while treating your taste buds!

  • Exclusively Gluten-Contamination Free: While no oats can claim to be “gluten-free” in Australia, GF Oats stand out as completely free from wheat, rye, and barley contamination. The Gold Standard in Oats.
  • Sourced from Specialist Farmers: GF Oats partners with Australian farmers known for their nutritious sundried oats, grown with minimal environmental impact and processed to retain a unique roasted, creamy flavour.
  • Clear on ‘Wheat-free” GF Oats branding emphasizes the distinction that “wheat-free” does NOT guarantee freedom from other gluten-containing grains like rye and barley.
  • Dedication to Purity: From seed to plate, we ensure strict compliance and purity, with no machine seed sorting and thorough inspection of oat fields to eliminate foreign contaminants

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are your products sourced?

We source certified organic and spray-free wholefoods from trusted Australian growers and suppliers wherever possible, complemented by carefully selected international suppliers who meet our high standards. Every product we stock is chosen for its quality, provenance and integrity—because we believe good food starts with good sourcing, and there are no shortcuts when it comes to what we put on our shelves.

What packaging do you use?

Waste-free living is at the heart of what we do. Wherever possible, we use recycled, recyclable or reusable packaging to minimise waste and make more sustainable choices.

For our Sunshine Coast customers, glass bottles can be returned to us, where they are hygienically washed and reused—helping to keep perfectly good packaging in circulation for longer. For customers outside the Sunshine Coast, our glass bottles can be easily washed and recycled through your local recycling system.

We’re continually looking for ways to improve our packaging and reduce our environmental footprint, particularly when it comes to some of our larger pack sizes and materials. Every small change helps us move towards a more sustainable, low-waste way of doing business.

How should I store this?

Our organic and spray-free products are best stored in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight. For everyday pantry staples like nuts, seeds, grains, flours and dried fruit, we recommend transferring them into clean, airtight containers once opened and labelling them with the product name and date.

Spices should be transferred into airtight containers as soon as possible after purchase. This helps protect their flavour, aroma and quality, particularly in warm or humid conditions.

For products that are more sensitive to heat, such as nuts, seeds, nut butters and some oils, storing them in the fridge can help maintain freshness and prevent the natural oils from going rancid, particularly in warmer weather.

Our Organic Maple Syrup and Medjool Dates should always be stored in the fridge to help maintain their freshness and quality.

Always use clean, dry utensils when scooping from your containers and avoid storing products where they can be exposed to steam or moisture. If you notice an unusual smell, taste, appearance or signs of moisture or pests, it’s best to discard the product.

A little care with storage will help your wholefoods stay fresher for longer, reduce waste and get the most from every purchase.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Buying in bulk is what we do best! Whether you’re stocking up for home, buying for your business or looking for wholesale quantities, we can help. Come and chat with us at the Yandina, Kawana or Noosa Farmers Markets, or get in touch with us directly and we’ll work with you to find the right option for your needs.

How long does shipping take?

Sunshine Coast Orders
Orders placed by 4pm Tuesday are packed and delivered Wednesday or Thursday, depending on delivery availability. Delivery is free on Sunshine Coast orders over $80, and orders can also be collected from our weekend markets, with no minimum order required.

Orders Outside the Sunshine Coast
Orders placed by 4pm Tuesday are packed on Wednesday and dispatched via our courier partners by Thursday at the latest, subject to courier availability. Once your order leaves The Seedy Sister warehouse, delivery timeframes are unfortunately outside our control and are dependent on the availability and schedules of our courier partners. We always do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible, but we appreciate your understanding that courier delivery times can vary once your parcel leaves us.

Are your products certified organic?

Wherever organic certification is available, we choose certified organic products. For products where certification isn’t available, we work with trusted suppliers to ensure they are grown and handled spray-free. We’re committed to transparency, so you can shop with confidence knowing exactly what goes into the products we stock.
